How we help elderly Babushka Adoption is one of the unique organisations which set up a successful private sponsorship programme providing monthly welfare cash transfers to the most vulnerable older people in Bishkek city and rural areas of Batken oblast; establish a personal relationship between the elderly people and their sponsors, easing their feelings of loneliness and social exclusion; provide home care help to not mobile and need physical help around the house; distribute humanitarian aid to its beneficiaries as well as other needy people; establish Self Help Groups and engage in other projects to help elderly people. |
