Special support was provided by participants of the online public forum Diesel. 
A new topic, devoted to the problems and needs of elderly Kyrgyz, was opened on October 29, 2010, on www.diesel.elcat.kg in the charity section. Thanks to this forum, many people in Kyrgyzstan learned about Babushka Adoption and how they can support needy elderly men and women. As a result of a joint effort by participants of the forum in 
January 2011, 5 elderly women and 1 elderly man were “adopted”. For the next 6 months they will receive monetary assistance collected by the participants and guests of the forum. Also warm clothes (fur-caps, coats, boots, sweaters), blankets, pillows and medicine were presented.News
